Responsibilities:

Initiates a hospitable setting through the gestures of greeting and offering support to clientele

Your key function involves centering your focus on customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service while managing your workload effectively

Greets all customers and team members with a smile and verbal salutation, assists them in a friendly and respectful manner, and adheres to the Yes We Can policy to effectively address customers' inquiries and requests

Consistently uses the 5 step GREAT program while interacting with customers:

• Opens the interaction with a warm welcome to the customer, checking on their credit status, explaining the available cost-saving possibilities, asking them to complete a survey, and showing gratitude for their loyalty
• Well-versed in learning and adapting to modern technology to address customer needs appropriately
• Offers unparalleled customer service through adept problem-solving skills and effective communication
• Supports and encourages the solicitation, activation, and operation of Kohls Charge applications and loyalty programs
• Affirms that the implementation of cash handling practices complies with the specified policy and procedure
• Conduct transactions with precision and speed, all the while engaging effectively with customers
• Readily available to adapt and receive training to work in alternate sections of the store
• Adhering to the rules and procedures set by Kohl's
• Regular attendance
