About the RoleIn this role you will provide direction and supervise associates to support a sales driving culture while focusing on creating a consistent customer experience. You will engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service through our hospitality mentality approach. You will offer information to the customer on current merchandise assortment, store promotions and events, and execute operational processes effectively and efficiently. Your goal is to connect with the customers to solve their shopping needs making everyone feel respected, appreciated and rewarded.

Key Accountabilities:

• The Shop C3 Program is specifically designed to optimize your Sales, Hospitality, Operations, People and Conversion.
• Key holders must also monitor the customer experience to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience at the store
• Drive sales
• Drive sales and boost your profits by creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages customers to add more to their basket
• A well-supplied sales floor evokes a sense of reassurance for customers
• Provide incentives for consistent and high-quality customer service, creating a culture of excellence among employees
• Small but thoughtful touches such as personalized welcome notes, complimentary amenities, and personalized recommendations can make a huge difference in customer satisfaction
• Provide assistance in the sales floor, fitting room, point of sale, and operational processes, in accordance with the company's standards
• Improve the efficiency and productivity of associates by instructing them on how to optimally perform the Omni and Freight flow processes
• Ensuring that all customers feel valued, acknowledged, and compensated is a must.

• Provide multiple channels to cater to different customer preferences and create an effortless buying experience
• The successful implementation of BOPUS, BOSS, MLS, and SFS is just one example of our dedication to operational excellence
• Evaluates associates' output and provides feedback jointly with Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager
• Do not forget to mention the various payment options available, including online, in-store, and mobile
• Handles the processes of conversion, unsealing and activation of Kohl's Card applications
• Offer personalized solutions that address the customer's unique needs and preferences, showing that you have their best interests in mind
• Demonstrate acknowledgement and support our patrons through the implementation of our business standards
• Combining excellent communication and multitasking skills while managing transactions accurately will make for efficient and enjoyable customer interactions
• OPRs can provide valuable insights into the performance of a business, but it's important that businesses carefully choose and track the metrics that are most relevant to their operations

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to frequently lift objects that weigh 50 pounds or less and occasionally employ the aid of another person to lift heavier objects is compulsory.
• The candidate should be able to handle tasks that involve frequent bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, grasping, pushing, and pulling.
• Possessing the ability to sustain vertical posture and/or take steps for the entire duration of a pre-set work schedule (which should be no less than 8 hours).
• The talent to check the accuracy of information through visual means and locate and examine products.
• The effectiveness of wearing a face mask or other protective gear to reduce the risk of infection.
• Ability to endure exposure to changing weather conditions, humidity levels, and other external factors while performing job tasks such as curbside assistance, truck unloading, and others.

• The activity is exclusively open to individuals who are of legal age, which is 18 years or older.
