Sets a positive tone by warmly greeting patrons and offering aid as needed

You are tasked with upholding customer satisfaction as a core objective, all while juggling different tasks and maintaining your workflow

Greets all clients and team members with a smile and friendly salutation, aids them in a courteous manner by following the Yes We Can protocol to efficiently handle customer inquiries and fulfill their requests

Consistently uses the 5 step GREAT program while interacting with customers:

• Commences the interaction with a friendly salutation towards the customer, inquiring about their credit status, outlining the possible savings, inviting them to take part in a survey, and expressing thanks for their support
• Proficient in learning and adapting to current technology to address customer needs effectively
• Offers top-notch customer service by adeptly handling and resolving issues with proficiency
• Engages in the solicitation, initiation, and utilization of Kohls Charge applications and loyalty programs
• Confirms that the execution of cash handling procedures aligns with the prescribed policy and protocol
• Ensure precise and prompt completion of transactions while actively involving customers in the process
• Willing to be flexible and undertake tasks in other areas of the store as necessary
• Adhering to the rules and procedures set by Kohl's
• Regular attendance
