Responsibilities:

Establishes a welcoming atmosphere through the act of greeting and providing help to clients

You act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are prioritized while managing various responsibilities and daily tasks

Gives a warm welcome by smiling and exchanging greetings with both customers and colleagues, offering assistance in a kind and respectful way while following the Yes We Can principle to effectively address any inquiries and needs from customers

Maintains a steady application of the 5-stage GREAT system during customer engagements:

• Starts by welcoming and interacting with the customer, inquiring about their credit, detailing the potential discounts, inviting them to participate in a feedback questionnaire, and expressing gratitude for their patronage
• Capable of acquiring and adjusting to modern technology in order to meet customer requirements
• Provides excellent customer service by efficiently resolving issues and meeting customer needs
• Facilitates the initiation and implementation of Kohls Charge applications and loyalty programs
• Ensures that all protocols regarding the handling of cash are carried out according to the established policy and procedure
• Execute transactions with precision and speed while interacting with clients
• Adaptable and open to learning new skills to assist in various sections of the store if required
• Following Kohl's guidelines and regulations
