• Able to adjust and become skilled in multiple departments as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

• Proficiency to bear 50 pounds occasionally or persistently
• The job demands the capability of being upright or in motion throughout various departments for the entire work duration, with regular physical tasks that include bending, lifting, carrying, climbing, walking, and reaching
• Kohl's policy and procedure manual outlines the standards and guidelines that associates must follow and regularly updated to reflect changes in laws, industry regulations, and standards
• Regular attendance
• Clear written communication is also essential in today's digital world, as emails, memos, and reports are commonly used to convey information
• Fundamental abilities in numerical calculation and reading, plain handwriting, and thoroughness in minute details
• Possessing the skillset to work in harmony with a group and engage respectfully with team members is a crucial competency
