At Kohl's, a Picking and Packing Associate is responsible for restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining inventory levels to guarantee a positive shopping atmosphere and streamline store operations. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to keep products visually appealing and easily accessible to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refill and restock shelves and racks with products.
• Engage in frequent stocktaking procedures to keep inventory information up to date.
• Ensure that the labeling and presentation of products are done accurately.
• Help with the collecting and unboxing of received items.
• Maintain a clutter-free and well-maintained work area.
• Engage in collaboration with team members to meet stocking and inventory expectations.
• Assist with the selection and packing of internet orders as and when it is needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
