Your role involves maintaining a customer-centric approach, where clients are always at the forefront even amidst the demands of regular duties

Welcomes everyone with a smile and verbal greeting, providing help in a pleasant and polite manner while upholding the Yes We Can guideline to promptly resolve any concerns or queries from customers

Consistently uses the 5 step GREAT program while interacting with customers:

• Begins by offering a warm greeting to the client, inquiring about their eligibility for credit, elaborating on the available cost reductions, requesting their input through a survey, and expressing appreciation for their business
• Skilled at acquiring new knowledge and adjusting to the latest technology to satisfy customer demands
• Achieves superior customer satisfaction by effectively solving problems and addressing concerns
• Encourages and assists in the processing, activation, and engagement of Kohls Charge applications and loyalty programs
• Verifies that all cash management processes are conducted in compliance with the designated policy and procedure
• Carry out sales processes with accuracy and timeliness while also communicating with customers
• Open to cross-training and taking on additional responsibilities in different departments within the store
• Complying with Kohl's policies and protocols
