Provides a friendly greeting and smile to all customers and associates, offers assistance in a courteous manner, and follows the Yes We Can policy to efficiently solve customers' questions and meet their needs

Consistently uses the 5 step GREAT program while interacting with customers:

• Initiates the conversation with a friendly greeting to the customer, exploring their credit eligibility, highlighting the potential savings, suggesting participation in a survey, and expressing appreciation for their patronage
• Skilled at acquiring and adapting to current technology to fulfill customer demands satisfactorily
• Ensures top-tier customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently
• Assists in promoting and facilitating the engagement with Kohls Charge applications and loyalty programs
• Certifies that the adherence to cash management policies and procedures is maintained during all transactions
• Efficiently manage transactions, ensuring accuracy and engaging with clientele throughout the process
• Flexible and eager to be trained to work in different parts of the store as the situation demands
• Maintaining compliance with Kohl's policies and processes
