About the Role:

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts by focusing on delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Your ability to engage and connect with our customers, using our unique hospitality mentality, will be the driving force behind your success. You'll deliver crucial information on current merchandise, store promotions, and upcoming events, while also efficiently executing operational procedures. Your ultimate goal will be to connect with our customers in a way that helps address their shopping needs, leaving every individual feeling respected, appreciated and ultimately, satisfied.

Key Accountabilities:

• Utilize our Shop C3 Program to increase your business's success in sales, hospitality, operations, people management and conversion optimization.
• Drive sales
• Drive sales by crafting an inspiring shopping ambiance that motivates customers to discover new products and add them to their baskets
• Regularly communicate with employees to ensure everyone is on the same page in terms of sales goals and expectations
• Beginning the interaction with a polite and sincere greeting, makes the customer feel welcomed and appreciated, thus enhancing their experience
• Provide supportive measures to sales floor, fitting room, point of sale, and overall operational processes as requested
• Ensure that customers are acknowledged, appreciated and valued.
• Building a trustworthy bond with your clients is paramount to fulfilling their shopping needs
• Capitalize on omni channel options to ensure a hassle-free customer experience
• Faithfully execute our operational routines, covering BOPUS, BOSS, MLS, and SFS, to deliver superior customer experiences
• Create a trustworthy atmosphere with the customer by being honest and transparent in all your interactions
• Express gratitude and lend a hand to customers by implementing our business programs
• Engage customers throughout the transaction process while performing exchanges with precision and speed

Essential Functions:

An associate in this position will be required to operate standard office equipment, such as computers and printers, and use software programs such as word processing, spreadsheet, and email programs. It is essential to have accurate data entry skills and proficiency with a variety of computer software applications. Additionally, knowledge of proper file management procedures is a must.

• Execute duties as per the requirements described in the Physical Qualifications section.

Physical Requirements:

• An essential aspect of this role involves frequently lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as occasionally handling heavier objects that may necessitate two people for safe handling.
• The position demands frequent kneeling and twisting.
• The capability to be on one's feet and/or ambulate for the entire duration of a scheduled shift (which must exceed 8 hours).
• The skill to verify information via visual inspection and identify and examine goods.
• The aptitude to wear a mask or shield over the face and other safeguarding equipment.
• Potential to sustain exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other conditions while carrying out duties including curbside and truck unload.
