Job Description of Retail Floor Associate:

Responsibilities:

Promotes a warm and inviting atmosphere through the act of welcoming customers and providing assistance

Your key function involves centering your focus on customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service while managing your workload effectively

Provides a friendly greeting and smile to all customers and associates, offers assistance in a courteous manner, and follows the Yes We Can policy to efficiently solve customers' questions and meet their needs

Consistently uses the 5 step GREAT program while interacting with customers:

• Commences the interaction with a friendly welcome to the customer, asking about their credit situation, explaining the potential savings, inviting them to take a survey, and expressing gratitude for their business
• Experienced in acquiring and adapting to up-to-date technology to fulfill customer needs efficiently
• Demonstrates excellence in customer service by effectively solving problems and delivering results
• Participates in the initiation, activation, and utilization of Kohls Charge applications and loyalty programs
• Affirms that the implementation of cash handling practices complies with the specified policy and procedure
• Efficiently manage transactions, ensuring accuracy and engaging with clientele throughout the process
• Open to cross-training opportunities and ready to assist in various store departments when needed
• Observing and respecting Kohl's policies and guidelines
