As a Retail Floor Stocker at Kohl's, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing products within the store. You will ensure that all items are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers, supporting a positive shopping experience and efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replenish and arrange stock on shelves and racks for display.
• Conduct scheduled inventory counts and modifications.
• Validate the proper labeling and presentation of products.
• Support in the unpacking of delivered items.
• Maintain a workspace that is clean and in order.
• Keep precise documentation of stock quantities and inventory information.
• Offer assistance with picking and packing online orders whenever necessary.

Qualifications:

• The minimum educational requirement includes a high school diploma or an equal accreditation.
• Capacity for lifting and transporting substantial loads.
• Rigorous attention to accuracy and details.
• Competency in handling tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Foundational computer competences and understanding of inventory organization systems.
