Responsibilities:

Promotes a warm and inviting atmosphere through the act of welcoming customers and providing assistance

You are instrumental in championing customer satisfaction as your primary goal, balancing this with the execution of various tasks and routines

Welcomes everyone with smiles and greetings, aids customers and colleagues in a friendly and polite manner, and follows the Yes We Can policy to efficiently handle customer questions and requests

Consistently uses the 5 step GREAT program while interacting with customers:

• Initiates the conversation with a friendly greeting to the customer, exploring their credit eligibility, highlighting the potential savings, suggesting participation in a survey, and expressing appreciation for their patronage
• Proficient in acquiring and adjusting to the latest technology to meet customer requirements effectively
• Shows a commitment to customer satisfaction by proficiently resolving issues and providing solutions
• Participates in the initiation, activation, and utilization of Kohls Charge applications and loyalty programs
• Validates that all cash handling protocols adhere to the approved policy and procedure
• Perform accurate transactions efficiently and enhance customer engagement during interactions
• Willing to be flexible and undertake tasks in other areas of the store as necessary
• Complying with Kohl's policies and protocols
