• Possessing the aptitude to grasp and conform to modern technology for the purpose of addressing customers' requirements
• Effective problem solving is crucial for providing unparalleled customer service
• Encourages, launches and brings into action Kohls Charge applications and customer loyalty programs
• Ensures that cash handling procedures adhere to the organization's standards and guidelines
• Engage customers throughout transactions to ensure accurate and efficient completion
• Willing to learn and be trained in different departments, whenever necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED

• Aptitude to hoist 50 pounds for certain or frequent occasions
• The job requires the ability to spend all work hours standing or moving about the different departments, with frequent physical activities such as reaching, carrying, bending, lifting, and walking
• Adhering to Kohl's policy and procedures boosts transparency and accountability, strengthening the confidence of stakeholders, associates, and customers in the company
• Regular attendance
• The ability to convey ideas and thoughts clearly, succinctly and effectively is a critical skill for anyone who wants to excel in a business environment
• Fundamental proficiencies in math and reading, clear writing, and thoroughness in particulars
• The capability to work efficiently as a part of a team and positively engage with colleagues is an essential quality
